Disclosure of holdings
In connection with Kroll's offer to acquire all outstanding shares in Ibas Holding ASA at a price of NOK 23.50 per share, Mr. Bjørn Arne Skogstad (CEO of Ibas) has today accepted Kroll's offer for his 12,000 shares in Ibas Holding ASA, after which he has no further shares or rights to shares in Ibas Holding ASA.

Ibas) has today accepted Kroll's offer for his 12,000 shares in Ibas Holding
ASA, after which he has no further shares or rights to shares in Ibas
Holding ASA.
