Expanding further in Europe:Ibas establishes a subsidiary in France
Adstore, which is based in Paris and Cholet, is a
distributor of data storage products in France, and has many years'
experience selling data recovery services. Former employees at the Paris
branch of Adstore will continue in the newly established subsidiary of Ibas.
In addition, using Ibas' core competence and tools, a new technical
laboratory for carrying out data recovery operations in France will be built
up.
Ibas has
a strong market position in Europe and the establishment of a new company in
France is part of the company's strategy for further growth. Reduced time
and cost in connection with the shipment of storage media where data needs
to be recovered are important competitive advantages, and Ibas will then be
able to carry out recovery services for one of the biggest markets in
Europe. Corresponding local services are already offered in the German
market.
The goal of Ibas France SAS is
to become a significant player in the field of data recovery, data erasure
and computer forensics in the course of a few years. In the past ten years,
Ibas has continually expanded its sales activities in Europe, and the
establishment of the new subsidiary in Paris means that Ibas is now
represented in the entire western part of Europe.
